step 1: work inside the bracket first so you have -3-2=-5 now the equation is -|-5|+(-5)

step 2: -5 + -5= -10

step 3: -10 is your answer

All of the numbers are negative so negative + negative= a negative number. Add up all the negative numbers and you should get -29. The parentheses ( ) only “ state” that -5 needs to be added. I hope this helped.
