Find the area of the trapezoid using the formula area = b1 +b2/2 x h

b1 and b2 are the lengths of the 2 paralel lines which are given as 6 and 14.

h is given as 6

Area = 14+6 /2 x 6 = 20/2 x6 = 10x6 = 60 square feet.

Now for volume multiply the area by the height of the shape given as 7 feet.

Volume = 60 x 7 = 420 cubic feet.
