The formula for the volume of a cone is V=(1/3)πr^2h, where V is volume, r is radius, and h is height.  Plug in and solve:

V=(1/3)π7^2(27)

V=49(9)π

V=441π

V=1385.4412cm^3

Hope this helps!!
