You’ve been accused of cheating on a test. Another student claims to have seen you copying answers from others. You know that you are innocent. Last week, you met with the accusing student and your teacher to try to resolve the situation. The negotiation only created more resentment and confusion. Which level of conflict resolution is most appropriate at this point in time?
A.
Organize another negotiation with your teacher.
B.
Refer the case to your school’s peer mediator.
C.
Contact the superintendent of your school district.
D.
Switch schools so your safety is not compromised.

Respuesta :

A - Well, if the first one caused confusion, I'm sure the second one woulf be the same.

B - Yes! This is right.

C - What if he/she doesn't believe you either?

D- This is not good conflict resolution. This is giving up.

The most appropriate answer would be B in my opinion.

Hope this helps!

- Kylie

The answer would be B
