Based on the divisibility tests, how do you know that 9000 is divisible by 2?

Need help QUICK. There's a huge test on divisibility and this homework is KEY to understanding the test

Any number, no matter how large will be divisible by 2 if the number in the ones place is an even number.

Some examples:

16842

This is divisible by 2 because the number 2, which is even is in the ones place.

486

This is divisible by 2 because the number 6, which is even is in the ones place.
