Diffrences between Soviet Communism and Russian Communism?

Answer:

There is not difference, only that 'Soviet Communism' existed when russia was the USSR. Russia is still communist but not as the USSR.

The Soviet had many differnt states within it. Russia was only a part of the Soviet until 1991 when it split up and became the most dominant state/country.
