This is a ratio question,
in this case the ratio from earth weight to venus weight is
120:106
The question wants to know what your weight would be on venus if you weighed 180lbs on earth.

since the ratios are equal you can set it up like this.

120/106=180/x

then cross multiply to find the variable

120x=(106)(180)

x=(106)(180)/120
