Let u = 4x^2, then y=e^u
dy/dx= dy/du x du/dx
dy/dx= 8xe^4x^2
Then do product rule to find d2y/dx2
d2y/dx2 = 64 x^2 e^4x^2 + 8e^4x^2
Substitute d2y/dx2 and dy/dx into the equation then will get equal to zero
