Answer:

r = 4 cm

A(circle) = π·r²

= π·(4cm)²

= 3.14·16cm²

= 50.24 cm²

d = 18 in

d = 2r => r = d/2 = 18in/2 = 9 in

A(circle) = π·r²

= 3.14·(9in)²

= 3.14·81in²

= 254.34 in²
