I think to find the y-intercept, substitute 0 for x and sole for y. Y- intercepts (0, -12). The roots (zeroes) are the value where the graph intersects the x-axis. To find the the zeroes, replace y with 0 and solve for x. x = 3, -4. I’m sorry if this is wrong.
