I am doing something in health and PE. and I don't understand it at all it's asking for an "Stressors" at home, socializing, and school. then after that it asks
"How i currently deal with stressor" "healthy ways to deal with stressor" and "Benefits to managing stressor in a healthy way" for each, Home, social, and school.

I don't know this for sure but, I think a stressor is a cause of stress. Like somthing that makes you nervous, unfocused, or scared. One at school might be a big test or somthing.
