Use the equation ( x - h ) ^ 2 + ( y - k ) ^2 = r ^2
Where (h,k) is the center and the r is the radius . So the equation is as follows
( x- 8 ) ^2 + ( y -10 ) ^ 2 = 6^2

Hope this helped
