I see two hands which it’s fingertips are joined together on an grayscale image. The scenery is a dark place.
I would say realism is used and scale. The artwork looks like it could be a real life photo.
The mood or feeling of this artwork could mysterious or inexplicable.
I personally like this piece because it is different from the usual art that is bright and colorful. Realism is on of my favorite art philosophy.
