 Let r equal to the rate in pairs of jean per hour
J equal tp number of jeans
T equal to time  
R = j/t
Since every Every 2/3 hour, Harris can sew 1/6 pair of jeans.  
R = ( 1/ 6 jeans) / ( 2/3 hr)
R = ¼  jean per hour is harris’ rate
