I believe the answer is 3 x 10^6 is 100000 times larger than 3 x 10^1

Explanation

3 x 10^6=3,000,000=
3 x 10^1=30=
3,000,000/30=100,000
3 x 10^1 x 100,000=3,000,000
3,000,000=3,000,000
