Since g(x) is -x-3, replace g(x) with -x-3, f(g(x))=f(-x+3)
Since the x in f(x) is replaced with -x-3, f(-x-3)=9(-x+3)-2 which is -9x+27-2 which =-9x+25, so... your answer in C
