20 + Percentage increase =

20 + (50% × 20) =

20 + 50% × 20 =

(1 + 50%) × 20 =

(100% + 50%) × 20 =

150% × 20 =

150 ÷ 100 × 20 =

150 × 20 ÷ 100 =

3,000 ÷ 100 =

30;
20 increased by 50% = 30 
Absolute change (actual difference): 30 - 20 = 10
