For this problem, we simply have to convert cm to ft. We use conversion factors. For every 1 m, there are 3.28 ft of length. In 1 meter of length, there is an equivalent length of 100 cm. Using the dimensional analysis approach, the solution is as follows:

(2.8×10¹⁰ cm/s)(1 m/100 cm)(3.28 ft/1 m) = 9.184×10⁸ ft/s
