The addition to the status symbolizes OFFERED PRAYER.
People offer prayer in order to get power; prayer brings power. Prayers are in different forms, prayer can be made in christian way, it may be in form of counting rosary and it may be in form of incantation. The method used to offer prayer depends on the deity the prayer is been offered to.
