x(9x+6) simplified is 9x^2+6x
Steps:
x(9x+6)
Distribute parenthesis using a(b+c)=ab+ac
a = x, b = 9x, c = 6
= x*9x+x*6
Apply exponent rule a^b*a^c=a^b+c
xx=x^1+1=x^2
= 9x^2+6x
Hope this helps you! (:

The correct answer is: 9x (to the power of two) plus 6x. Nine x is to the power of two becuase, there was already an x with the number nine before you multiplied it with the variable x. Six has an x becuase, you multiplied it by a variable.
