A. Plug in -5 for the variable x.
[tex]f( - 5) = 3 - 2 \times - 5 = 3 + 10 = 13[/tex]
B. Plug in 0 for the variable x.
[tex]f(0) = 3 - 2 \times 0 = 3 - 0 = 3[/tex]
C. Plug in 2 for the variable x.
[tex]f(2) = 3 - 2 \times 2 = 3 - 4 = - 1[/tex]
